Public and Goverment Buildings

Such buildings are subject to special requirements and laws. On the one hand, good speech intelligibility is to be secured in rooms and meeting rooms, similar to lecture halls. However, it is not only the President or the respective talker at the podium who speak, but also the delegates will often want to and must participate. This requires complex circuit techniques with location reference to locate the talker within the delegates. In addition, governmental systems often require tools for the identification of a deputy or for attendance control. Fingerprint systems are used here occasionally. The visual aids are similar to those in modern lecture theaters or convention centers.
